Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Today is the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We have kicked it off in style with the help of the Floozie in the Jacuzzi in Victoria Square, who agreed to don a brand new bra for us to help us spread the word.

This is the sixth year that the Floozie has worn a bra for us in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year’s bra was designed by the wonderful Krisina Jagpal. Krisina is one talented lady, who has not only had her designs recently appear on the TV show “Cheshire Housewives”, but is also a two-time Miss Birmingham winner!

We’re hoping that, with the help of the Floozie and lots of other wonderful contributors, we can raise lots of much-needed breast cancer awareness this October. There are plenty of you ways you can help out: check out or Get Involved page and keep an eye out for a new blog post that’ll give you some more ideas about how you can help.

Checking yourself only takes a minute: remind somebody to do it today. You can find out more facts about breast cancer.
