BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

We understand how daunting chemotherapy and radiotherapy sessions can be for breast cancer patients.
And, given the current restrictions, we were conscious of how much more stressful these sessions could be, especially as patients will be required to attend sessions alone.

So, we spoke to our amazing volunteers and service users and asked tgem… What do you wish you had had when attending your chemo or radio therapy sessions?

They created the ‘Hug-In-A-Bag’ – a beautifully gift set containing the essentials (and a few luxuries) to make a challenging time, that little bit easier.

We wanted to create as many moments of joy as possible this October. And we know how much the right bra can mean to a woman who has undergone a mastectomy.
